Ladeway Support

Ladeway is a dispatch, invoicing and live GPS tracking platform for trucking carriers, operated by Tributary & Co., LLC. Dispatchers run the board and the map on the web; drivers run their loads in the Ladeway Driver app. This page covers the questions we get most, and how to reach us for everything else.

Signing in

There is no self-service sign-up. Your account and sign-in details come from your dispatcher, who sets you up from the carrier's Ladeway account. If you cannot sign in, or never received your details, your dispatcher is the person to ask — they can reset your access in the same place they created it.

How tracking starts and stops

The app shares your location only while a trip is running: tracking begins when you start a trip in the app and stops when the trip ends or you sign out. While it is on, your phone shows it plainly — the blue location indicator on iOS, a persistent notification on Android — and you can end the trip from any screen. Your location goes to your own carrier's dispatchers and no one else. The full details are in the privacy policy.

Location permission trouble

If your dispatcher says your truck is not on the map, the usual cause is a location permission that was declined or later switched off in your phone's settings. The app detects this and tells you on screen exactly which permission it needs and where to turn it on — follow that guidance, then start the trip again. If the app shows no warning and the truck still is not reporting, ask your dispatcher to check the device's status on their Devices page, or write to us.

The web platform lives at app.ladeway.com. For help with dispatch, invoicing, the live map, devices or your QuickBooks Online connection, write to us at the address below and include your company name and, if it concerns a specific load, the order number.
