Every load carries its billing state on its own row: paid, synced, queued, or an error to retry. An invoice that failed to reach the books shows up the day it failed, not at month end.
One tap on Start trip puts the truck on your map in real time. At the dock, signature, photos and the checklist save on the phone and send when the truck finds a bar, so proof of delivery exists the minute the freight is off, signal or not.
The day is laid out in order: next stop, customer, time and directions. Arrived and Departed are one tap each, and the detention clock runs off them, so waiting time gets billed instead of argued. Messages with dispatch live on the load, photos included, and the driver's schedule, hours and time off are handled in the same app.
Plug a Bluetooth OBD or J1939 adapter into the truck and the odometer fills itself at every pickup and drop, so per-load miles and the fuel-tax report come off the dash, not a trip sheet. Fuel level, engine hours and check-engine faults come in with it.
At the pump, snap the receipt and type the gallons and the total. The fill lands on the fuel-tax report with the state already filled in, and the paper is on file for the audit.
